Overview

At KO Fitness, all products are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and produce items specifically for each customer.

Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in print placement or color

These variations are a natural part of the production process and are not considered defects.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after placement. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to update an order, please contact us immediately after purchase. We cannot guarantee changes once an order enters production.
