About the Coach
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and nationally ranked triathlete specializing in endurance performance and athlete development.
I’ve competed across multiple distances, from 10K to ultra marathons and triathlon events up to the Half Ironman, and am currently training for national-level competition while preparing for a full Ironman. My coaching is built from real-world experience in high-level training, race execution, and performance progression.
In the past year alone, I’ve earned multiple age group podium finishes across road races, trail races, and triathlon, including first-place finishes in both trail half marathon and sprint triathlon events, along with a 5:27 finish at Ironman 70.3 Santa Cruz and a second-place finish in my first 50K ultra.
Alongside competition, I’ve gone through a full body composition transformation myself. That perspective allows me to coach both sides of the process, whether the goal is improving performance, building consistency, or losing weight in a sustainable way.
My approach is simple and structured: build consistency first, then layer in intensity, volume, and race-specific training.
Everything is focused on long-term progress, disciplined execution, and results that carry over beyond a single program.
