Apparel & Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Because many products are made-to-order or fulfilled through print-on-demand partners, we cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing issues. Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Training Plans & Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable training plans and digital content, refunds cannot be issued once access or delivery has been provided.
Coaching Services
1-on-1 coaching services are non-refundable once programming or consultation work has begun.
If you experience an issue with your coaching service, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve it.
